VNA Care is seeking a Per Visit OT for Home Health visits for our Worcester teams.
Visit rate: $76.00
Position Summary: Provides home health care to patients and families that focuses on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining or restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness or disability.
Work any combination of days and hours Visits are scheduled between 8a-4:30p Monday-Friday.
