VNA Care is seeking Per Visit RNs for Home Health visits. Must have Home Health and Oasis E experience.

Work any combination of days and hours Visits are scheduled between 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri and/or between 8a-6:30p Sat-Sun.

Visits are available for:

Team 1: Leominster, Fitchburg, Ashburnham, Ashby, Gardner, Hubbardston, Princeton, Sterling, Westminster

Team 2: Leominster, Lunenburg, Lancaster, Clinton, Bolton, Harvard, Ayer, Groton, Shirley, Dunstable, Pepperell, Townsend

You let us know your availability to work with a preceptor and educator. A 24-hour weekly schedule is recommended while training.

Requirements:

• Good standing MA RN license
• Home Health and Oasis E experience
• Willingness to travel within a territory.
