VNA Care is seeking a Home Health OT for visits in and around Uxbridge, Mendon, Milford, Northbridge and surrounding towns,

Schedule for Occupational Therapist: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm. No weekends.

Requirements for Occupational Therapist:
• Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
• Home Care experience preferred, not required

Position Summary: Provides home health care to patients and families that focuses on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining, or restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness or disability.
